Sorry for late reply but had a busy few weeks.

My feedback is probably more positive than Steve’s (as I had bigger and more fish!).

Lodge, hosts, food and guides all excellent.

Only fished on Skeena as weather and fact were fishing for steelhead precluded other rivers (which was a pity as I think we would have liked to see the variety of the rivers).

Fishing was tough due to poor weather conditions (high murky water for first 3 days) and the fact commercial netting was taking place at the mouth of the rive for 5 days, reducing fish running. However we all caught salmon and for my part caught, sockeye, pink, Coho and chum, I did hook, play and land a steelhead but unfortunately not the same fish!

The equipment we used from Andrew (spey rods and reels/lines) was fine, and it certainly wasn’t worth buying if we are not using in the UK.

For me the scenery, friendliness and just relaxing time made for a great week and I for one plan to go back at some time. Andrew suggested the end of July when we would fish more rivers and there are plenty of salmon in the rivers.
