FLIGHT:
Murmansk, Russia, is accessed via private charter flight from Helsinki, Finland.

Flight time from the UK is approximately 5 to 6 hours.

Approximate cost is £1100 return.
PRIME SEASON:

June through to the end of August.
TACKLE SUGGESTIONS:
- Trout: 5 or 6 weight with floating lines
- Atlantic Salmon: 13 foot - 15 foot double handed rods.
