Varzina River, Russia
The Varzina river on the Kola Peninsula is considered one of the 'big 3' along with the Yokanga and Kharlovka rivers for the serious Atlantic salmon fishermen. The Varzina is know for its runs of big fish with fish exceeding 20lb not uncommon and those over 30lb caught throughout the season. The Varzina has proved popular this season with our 8 rods on the prime June week selling out within two weeks of being offered. We have also taken 9 rods on for the week of the 10th-17th July.
