As fly fishermen we are continually searching for new and better locations. Tropical flats that have never been waded or wilderness rivers that have not the footprints of man along the edges. The exploratory nature of our sport is what makes it so special. We are continually searching out new destinations to cast a fly. Whether it is a remote back country river in New Zealand, a tiny spec of sand in the middle of the Pacific or a jungle sided river in the tropics of Papua New Guinea we are continually exploring new waters.

The nature of exploratory fishing means that you never quite know what you are going to find next and that is the joy of it. Sometimes the fishing is tougher than expected and others it more than meets them but it is the not knowing what you are going to find around the next bend, or on the next flat, which is what makes these trips so exciting.
