Alphonse Island provides an ideal location for your first experience of the Seychelles. Alphonse island is the longest established destination in the Seychelles and has a reputation that grows year on year for producing superb bonefishing. It also has become one of the premier destinations to cast to and hook one of the real speedsters of the sea: the milkfish.

The atolls of Alphonse and St Francois are home to incredibly large populations of bonefish that provide enjoyment to novice and experienced fly anglers alike. The variety of species in our waters provides an opportunity rarely found in the in the world. It is possible to target three different types of trigger fish (Yellow Margin, Giant and Picasso), eight species of trevally (Giant, Bluefin, Brassy, Bigeye, Yellow dot, Golden, Black and Fulvie), snappers, groupers, African pompano ( Indo Pacific permit), parrot fish and of course our incomparable milkfish (Chanos chanos).

The resort itself provides upmarket lodgings in 20 thatched ensuite air conditioned bungalows. The cuisine is a mix of traditional Creole, seafood buffet and beach barbecue ensuring you sample many of the local seafoods. The accommodations and quite beach setting is ideally suited for partners who like to escape to the beach and read a book.
