Casa Blanca Lodge, March 2010

We have a week booked at Casa Blanca lodge in Ascension Bay for the first week of March 2010. This trip will be hosted by UK fly fishing writer and Orvis endorsed guide Paul Procter. Paul is an experienced saltwater angler and having fished Ascension Bay many times has an understanding of the logistics of travel to Mexico and fishing available on the flats of Ascension Bay.

Casa Blanca Lodge is one of the finest dedicated fly fishing lodges in the Caribbean with an experienced guide team, excellent accommodation and fine dining. Add in the convenience of a short charter flight from Cancun to the private island lodge and direct international flights from the UK and Europe makes this an easily accessible and hassle free destination.

Ascension Bay is renown as the Grand slam capital of the world. The bonefish, permit and tarpon are present in the bay in excellent numbers. Ascension Bay is also suitable for beginners and experienced fly fishermen due to the diversity of fish and fishing situations available.

This trip is part of a series of hosted trips that we are running in conjunction with the Orvis Sporting Traditions Agency here in the UK. Anglers signing up will be eligable for a 15% discount on Orvis fly fishing goods prior to and after their trip to Mexico.
